At Divine Agege, we take pride in providing freshly baked, high-quality products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we have the following refund policy in place.
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are freshly prepared food items:
- All sales are final
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
- The issue is due to a verified error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or order mistake)
- The concern is reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery
- Clear photo evidence is provided to support the claim
Approved refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to pick up an order on time
- Improper storage or handling after pickup or delivery
- Taste preferences or subjective dissatisfaction
- Orders placed with incorrect pickup or delivery information
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
Custom, Bulk & Special Orders
- Custom, bulk, wholesale, or event orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable
- Once production begins, no changes, refunds, or credits will be issued
Delivery Issues
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Missed or failed deliveries due to incorrect customer information are non-refundable
